- 0.333 cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup runny honey
- ⅛ cup coconut sugar
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup Golden raisins

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 20 cm|8" square tin.

Melt the butter, honey and sugar together in a large pan over a low heat. Remove from the heat.
3.
Add the rolled oats and sultanas and stir well.
4.
Press the mixture into the tin and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Cool completely in the tin, then cut into squares.
