- 150 grams Whole wheat flour
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams chopped Walnut
- 50 grams chopped Hazelnuts
- 2 ½ tsps Baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 40 grams sugar
- 80 milliliters vegetable oil
- 200 grams Natural yogurt
- 50 milliliters Walnut liqueur
- 1 Muffin tin (12 wells)
- Parchment paper
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a muffin pan with parchment paper or paper liners.

Combine the flour, chopped nuts, baking powder and baking soda. In a large bowl, whisk the egg with the honey, sugar, oil, yogurt and walnut liqueur then stir into the dry ingredients until just combined.
3.
Distribute between the muffin liners and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly then remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
