- 1 small onion
- 50 grams fresh Sauerkraut
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- freshly ground peppers
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Hamburger bun
- 1 thick slice Cheddar cheese
- 1 Hot dog
- Mustard (to taste)
Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop onion. Sauté onion and sauerkraut in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Toast bun in the oven.

Lay cheddar slice on bottom half of roll and top with sauerkraut. Cook at 200°C (approximately 400°F) in a preheated oven until cheese melts.
3.
Meanwhile, cook hot dog in boiling water until warmed through. Place hot dog on top of sauerkraut and serve with mustard and pepper.
4.
Serve with a cold beer.
