2 ½ cups fresh, pink Grapefruit juice
1 cup boiling water
0.333 cup caster sugar

Preparation steps

Combine the juice, water and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.

Pour into a freezerproof container and freeze for 1 hour.
3.
Mix the granita with a fork. Return to the freezer and freeze for a further hour. Continue this twice more until the mixture is completely frozen. Once frozen, scrape with a fork to form fluffy ice and spoon into small chilled glasses.
