Preparation steps

1.

Cover the tea with 125 ml (approximately 4 ounces) of boiling water. Let steep for 2-3 minutes, then pass through a fine strainer.

Squeeze the juice from two limes. Mix the lime juice and honey into the tea. Halve the remaining limes lengthwise, then cut crosswise into thin slices. 

3.

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and the lime slices. Pour the tea into the glass, and serve.
