Preparation steps

1.

Pour the tea into a pot. Pour in 800 ml (approximately 3.5 cups) of boiling water and let steep for about 3 minutes. Strain the tea through a sieve and sweeten to taste.

Rinse the lemon, halve and squeeze the juice. Chill the tea and mix with the lemon juice and cold apple juice. Pour over ice and serve.
