- ¾ cup Basmati rice
- 1 ⅔ cups milk
- ¼ cup cream (30% fat)
- 6 Saffron
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Pistachio (chopped)
- ⅔ cup sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp Rose water
- 1 pinch ground Cardamom
- 1 Mango (diced)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the rice, milk, cream and saffron threads in a pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the sugar, pistachios, almonds, raisins, rosewater and cardamom. Cover and cook the rice for a further 10 minutes.
3.
Add the mango to the rice and serve in bowls.
