½ cup Cashews
1 Mango
1 sprig mint (leaves picked)
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsps lemon juice
cup Coconut milk
1 handful Ice
1 ¾ cups Yogurt

Preparation steps

Toast the cashew nuts briefly in a pan and allow to cool, then roughly chop.

Put the mango, mint, honey, lemon juice, coconut milk and ice cubes in a mixer and blend to a smooth, creamy purée. Stir in half the nuts and the yoghurt (do not blend) and dilute with a little water (approx. 150 ml) if required.
3.
Pour the lassi into glasses and serve sprinkled with the remaining nuts.
