- 2 sheets phyllo pastry
- 2 Tbsps butter (melted)
- 2 cups canned Rice pudding
- 4 Figs (sliced vertically)
- 1 cup cream (48% fat, whipped)
- ½ cup slivered almonds

1 Skillet, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Bowl, 2 Small bowls, 1 Plate, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Salad spinner
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6. Lightly butter 4 tartlet tins.

Brush the filo pastry sheets with the melted butter and lay one on top of the other. Cut four circles, each about 12cm|5" in diameter, and line the tins with the pastry.
3.
Spoon rice pudding into each tartlet case and arrange the sliced figs on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
4.
Remove the tarts from the tins and serve warm topped with the whipped cream and slivered almonds.
