- 1 Lime
- 100 grams Mascarpone
- 400 grams Quark
- 4 centiliters Grape juice
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- 40 grams Meringue
- 200 grams Red Grape
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lime in hot water, pat dry, zest and juice.

Mix lime juice with mascarpone, quark, grape juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff and fold into mascarpone miture. Crumble meringue coarsely.

Rinse and drain grapes
4.
In 4 smal trifle glasses, alternate layers of mascarpone mixture, crumbled meringe and grapes. Garnish with lime zest and serve.
