- 4 cups potatoes (peeled)
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 2 ⅔ cups ground lamb
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- ⅛ cup hot milk
- grated Nutmeg
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve, 1 Can opener, 1 Dutch oven mit Deckel
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Butter four small ovenproof bowls or souffle dishes (250 ml capacity, or 1 large dish 1 l capacity).

Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 25 minutes or until tender.

Heat the oil and fry the onions until translucent, then add the meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the tomato purée and season with salt and pepper.

Drain and mash the potatoes. Stir in the hot milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
5.
Spoon the meat mixture into the bowls, top with the mashed potato and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
