- 11 ozs pizza dough mix
- 6 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 15 cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
- 20 pitted green olives (sliced)
- 2 Red onions (finely sliced)
- 1 ½ cups Cheese (grated)
- 2 Tbsps dried oregano
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6. Place the pizza base mix in a large bowl and add warm water according to the packet instructions. Knead the dough on a floured board for 5 minutes then break into about 20 evenly-sized pieces.

Roll the dough pieces into circles about 6 cm/ 2 1/2 " in diameter and place them on two greased baking sheets.

Spread a little tomato paste onto each pizza then scatter over the cherry tomatoes, olives, sliced onions, grated cheese and oregano. Sprinkle over the olive oil and bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
