1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 stalk Leeks (cleaned, diced)
2 carrots (peeled, finely diced)
½ red Bell pepper (cleaned, diced)
½ green Bell pepper (cleaned, diced)
½ root Celery (peeled, finely diced)
100 grams green Beans (cleaned; ,cut in pieces)
100 grams small Cauliflower
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 ½ liters Beef broth (hot)
salt
peppers
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp Basil
50 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Heat oil in a large saucepan. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Saute onion and garlic until translucent and add all remaining vegetables. Saute, stirring, for 3 minutes.

2.

Add hot broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer on high heat for 10 minutes. Add herbs, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
