Place the tomatoes into boiling water for a few seconds, then immediately plunge into cold water. Peel the tomatoes, then cut in half, remove the seeds and chop the flesh.

Bring about 1 litre of water to a boil, then add all vegetables and pour in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil again, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
3.
Season the soup with salt and pepper and ladle into soup bowls. Spoon a little pesto on the top and serve immediately.
