125 grams butter (at room temperature)
250 grams cream cheese (at room temperature)
250 grams Cottage cheese
5 eggs (whisked)
450 milliliters milk
1 lemon (Zested and juiced)
2 scallions (white parts, finely chopped)
50 grams raisins (to taste)
salt
black peppers (freshly ground)
1 pinch Nutmeg (ground)
300 grams narrow Egg noodle (cooked and drained)

Preparation steps

1.

Butter deep springform pan or a baking dish. Whisk butter and cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add cottage cheese and eggs, slowly add milk.

2.

Add lemon zest and juice, scallions, raisins, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Combine with noodles. 

3.

Arrange noodles into the baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F)  for about 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
