- 500 grams Smoked pork loin
- 2 Fennel bulb
- 2 carrots
- 40 grams butter
- 200 milliliters Apple (cider)
- salt
- Lemon pepper
- 1 bunch parsley
Preparation steps

Rinse the kassler ribs and pat dry. Rinse the fennel and cut into strips. Peel and slice the carrots. Heat the butter in a skillet. Add the kassler ribs and cook until golden on both sides. Stir in the fennel, carrots and apple cider, and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and pluck leaves. Serve the kassler ribs with the fennel mixture. Garnish with the parsley leaves.
