25 grams fresh ginger
3 red chili peppers
1 kilogram Ground beef
100 grams ground almonds
1 egg
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp ground Cumin
3 tsps salt
½ tsp cinnamon
20 Wooden skewers
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions, ginger and garlic. Finely chop onions, and press ginger and garlic through a press. Rinse chile peppers, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs, and finely chop.

2.

Mix the ground beef, almonds, egg and yogurt. Season well with the spices.

3.

Form the minced meat into 3 cm large balls. Attach the meat and vegetables on the skewers. Place the skewers on a greased baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 250°C (approximately 500°F), turning after 5 minutes. 

4.

Remove and arrange on a plate. Serve.
