Preparation steps

1.

Peel and slice the kiwis. Set four slices aside for garnish. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Rinse and dry the herbs. Set aside some mint and thyme for garnish, then remove the leaves from the rest.

Add the kiwi, lime juice, plucked herbs, ice cubes, and agave syrup to a blender. Puree until creamy and thickened. Dilute to taste with some of the mineral water.

3.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with the herbs and kiwi slices, and serve.
