3 Kohlrabi

100 grams pea shoots
1 Tbsp Sesame paste
4 Tbsps soy sauce
2 tsps sugar
2 tsps Rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the kohlrabi, cut into thin sticks and blanch in a pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain well. Transfer to a bowl.

2.

Rinse the pea shoots in a colander, pour boiling water over, then rinse under cold water and drain well. Mix with the kohlrabi.

3.

In a bowl, whisk together the sesame paste, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar and enough water to make a thick dressing. Pour the  dressing over the kohlrabi and pea shoot mixture and toss to coat. Divide among plates, sprinkle with the freshly chopped herbs and serve.
