6 Lamb cutlets (about 80 grams or 3 ounces)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 organic lemon
500 grams starchy potatoes
300 grams Green beans
1 Tbsp Curry
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze juice from lemon and mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice with 1 tablespoon olive oil and pepper. Brush lamb chops with mixture. Cover and marinate. 

2.

Peel potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces and cook for 25 minutes in salted water. Rinse green beans and add to potatoes when 18 minutes of cooking time remains.

3.

Heat butter in a pan. Heat oil in another pan.

4.

Add vegetables to pan with butter, sprinkle with curry and cook. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

At the same time, sear lamb chops in other pan for 2-4 minutes.

6.

Serve lamb chops over vegetables.
