300 grams fresh Spinach
30 grams butter
200 grams Ricotta cheese

400 grams Pasta shell

Preparation steps

1.

 Peel shallot and garlic and chop finely. Rinse spinach and spin dry.

Melt butter in a saucepan and saute shallot and garlic until translucent. Add spinach and saute briefly, remove from heat. Cool slightly, chop finely and mix with ricotta. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. place into a buttered baking dish. Fill pasta shells with spinach mixture and bake under preheated broiler for about 5 minutes, watching carefully. Serve immediately.
