8 ozs coarse Sea salt
6 sprigs dried Lavender (culinary grade)

Preparation steps

1.

Place 2-3 tablespoons of the salt in a clean screw-top jar. Top with a sprig of lavender. Repeat the layers in the jar until all of the ingredients have been used. 

2.

End the layering with a layer of salt. Seal tightly, and let infuse for at least 1 week. 

3.

Remove the lavender from the jar. Stir well. Arrange the flavored salt in a dish, and garnish with a fresh lavender flower.
