40 grams powdered sugar
8 Peaches (canned)
6 scoops Vanilla ice cream
1 Tbsp planed almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the raspberries and pat dry with paper towels. Set 12 raspberries aside for garnish and puree the remaining raspberries with the powdered sugar in a blender.

2.

Drain the peach halves in a colander. Let the ice cream soften. Layer the raspberry puree, ice cream and the peaches in glasses and sprinkle with the almonds. Garnish with remaining raspberries and serve immediately.
