Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salt water until al dente.

Rinse and spin dry the arugula. Rinse the lemon in hot water, pat dry, zest and squeeze the juice. Grate the parmesan.

3.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the garlic over medium heat until soft.

4.

Drain the pasta. Mix the pasta, arugula, lemon zest and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle with the parmesan and serve.
