- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp grated Lime zest
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 4 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 2 sheets white gelatin
- 50 Cape gooseberries
- 8 Kumquat
- 1 Sharon fruit
- 12 Puffed rice
Preparation steps

Mix the yogurt with the lime zest, juice and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Soak the gelatine in cold water for about 10 minutes, then dissolve into a small pot with 2 tablespoons of lime cream. Mix well, then add the remaining cream and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
3.
Pour a little lime cream over each puffed rice square, then refrigerate again for about 30 minutes. Open the packages carefully and turn upside down. Rinse the kumquats under hot water and cut crosswise into slices. Rinse the Sharon and cut into thin slices.
4.
Smooth the tops of the lime cream, decorate with fruit slices and dust with the remaining sugar.
