- 1 Lime
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 250 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 100 grams Quark
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lime in hot water and wipe dry. Cut in half, cut 4 thin slices off of one half, set the slices aside and juice the remaining lime.

Dip the rims of 4 dessert glasses in a little lime juice and then in sugar.
3.
Mix the remaining lime juice with the yogurt, quark and honey.
4.
Beat the heavy cream until stiff, fold into the yogurt mixture and spoon into the prepared dessert glasses. Garnish each with a lime slice and serve.
