1 Red chili pepper
500 grams cooked Lobster meat (shelled)
2 Tbsps olive oil
100 milliliters dry white wine
250 milliliters Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)
freshly ground peppers
75 grams fresh grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and dry the basil, then remove the leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the chili, and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice.

Tear the lobster into bite-sized pieces. Heal the oil in a pan, and sauté the garlic and the chili. Add the lobster meat, sauté briefly, then deglaze with the wine. Mix in the cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat until thickened slightly.

Drain the pasta well, then add to the sauce. Toss to combine, then divide onto warmed plates. Top with the basil and freshly grated parmesan, and serve.
