200 grams Fruit cereal
175 grams sugar
75 grams softened butter
butter (for the pan)
1 can Mandarin orange (about 175 grams, drained)
400 grams Double cream cheese (60-75% fat)
300 grams Quark
300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
3 Tbsps lemon juice
10 sheets white gelatin
8 fresh Mandarin orange
4 Tbsps Mandarin jam (or marmalade)

Preparation steps

Combine cereal, 75 grams (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) of sugar, butter and knead. Press mixture into the bottom of greased springform pan. Refrigerate. Soak gelatine in cold water.

Drain mandarins in a colander, halve segments. Combine quark, whippng cream, yogurt and lemon juice and mix until creamy. Place dripping gelatin in a small saucepan and dissolve on lowest heat; fold into cream mixture. Add drained mandarins. Spread on cake base and smooth, refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Peel fresh mandarins, cut crosswise into slices and arrange on top of cake. Heat up jam, strain through a sieve and brush fruit with it. Cool cake. Sprinkle with a little granola and serve.
