- 400 grams Feta
- 80 milliliters good quality olive oil
- 1 pinch chili peppers
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 30 grams black Olives (pitted)
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 sprigs rosemary
Preparation steps

Break apart the feta, then transfer to a plate.

Rinse the rosemary, then remove a few leaves. Crush the leaves and mix with the oil, chili, and both peppers. Coarsely chop the olives and add to the mixture. Peel the garlic, and pass through a press into the mixture. Season to taste with the lemon juice and pour over the cheese.

Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with the sprigs of rosemary.
