- 400 grams Feta
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 Red chili peppers
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- olive oil
- Baguette
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Rinse the chile peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Rinse the rosemary and thyme, pat dry and remove the leaves. Cut the feta cheese into 2-3 cm (approximately 3/4-1 inch) cubes.

Combine the feta cheese, garlic, chile peppers, rosemary, thyme, peppercorns, bay leaf and olive oil in a shallow dish. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 days. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
