- 1 pkg frozen Octopus (650 grams)
- salt
- Dried oregano
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
Preparation steps

Thaw octopus. Rinse thoroughly under running water and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Combine with about 1/8 liter of water (approximately 1/2 cup) in a pot and simmer on low heat, covered, for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, depending on size. Cook until octopus is fork-tender.
3.
Whisk olive oil with lemon juice and season with a pinch of salt and oregano. Drain octopus and toss with the dressing. Let stand for a few hours and serve.
