- 800 grams ready to cook Octopus
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 500 milliliters white wine
- 200 milliliters White vinegar
- 6 black peppercorns
- salt
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 large Fennel bulb
- 3 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Cut octopus into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and saute octopus pieces on all sides. Add white wine, vinegar and peppercorns to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 50 minutes.

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Rinse fennel and cut into small cubes.
3.
Season octopus with salt and cool. Combine with fennel, peppers and parsley and toss well. Serve with fresh white bread.
