Preparation steps

Trim the zucchin, rinse and cut diagonally into 1 cm thick slices. Mix the lemon juice, crushed garlic, parsley and mint with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Cover the zucchini with this marinade and leave for about 1 hours.

Toast the bread. Serve the zucchini salad in deep plates, garnish with mint leaves and serve with bread.
