Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and steam for 30 minutes. Peel, evaporate slightly, then pass through a ricer. Heat the milk, then add to the sweet potatoes with the butter. Stir until a smooth, creamy puree has formed. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg.

Transfer to a bowl, garnish with the walnuts, and serve.
