- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 cups ground mixed Meat
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp medium Mustard
- 1 ½ cups fresh breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp crushed Red pepper flakes
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 yellow pepper (diced)
- ½ oz parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 red baby peppers
- 4 red baby peppers
- 4 Corn
- 0.333 cup melted butter
Preparation steps

Fry half the onion and garlic in a hot pan in 2 tbsp oil. Remove from the pan and mix together with the meat, egg, mustard and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and ground black pepper and chilli flakes.

Shape four 160 g burgers out of the mixture and grill for 4-6 minutes on each side.

Mixed the chopped vegetables with the remaining oil and the parsley and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Place the baby peppers and the corn cobs on the grill with the burger and grill for around 10 minutes.
5.
Arrange the diced vegetables on top of the burgers, brush the corn cobs with the melted butter and season with salt. Serve immediately.
