- 500 grams mixed ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 stale White roll
- ½ cup milk
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Chili sauce
- 1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- vegetable oil (to fry)
Preparation steps
1.
Soak the bread in the milk and mix with the meat.

Sauté the onions and garlic in hot butter until translucent and remove from heat. Mix in the herbs and the tomato paste in the hot pan. Add to the meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add the ginger, chili, chili pepper, and egg. Knead the meat mixture until well combined.

With wet hands, form about 20 small meatballs from the meat mixture. Cook the meatballs in hot oil on all sides.
4.
Drain the meatballs on paper towels.
To serve, stick meatballs with small skewers and serve on a plate.
