1 stale White roll
1 shallot
1 Tbsp clarified butter
500 grams mixed Ground meat
1 egg
1 tsp Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps clarified butter
300 grams Cherry tomatoes
250 grams Raclette Cheese (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Soak bread in water. Peel and mince shallots. Heat butter in a pan and sweat shallots. 

2.

Knead together squeezed bread, meat, egg, shallot, mustard, salt and pepper. Form into large meatballs. Heat butter in a pan and cook meatballs in batches, about 8 minutes each. 

3.

Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven's broiler. Combine meatballs, tomatoes and cheese in a baking dish. Cook under the broiler until cheese melts. Serve with lettuce.
