- 1 honeydew melon
- 24 slices Prosciutto
- 2 bunches Arugula
- olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
- 60 grams freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation steps
1.
Halve the melon, remove the seeds, cut into slices and peel. Wrap each slice with 2 slices of ham and pin together with toothpicks.
Rinse the arugula and shake dry.
Arrange both on plates.

Drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic crema and season with salt and pepper.
Serve showered with Parmesan.
