Preparation steps

Rinse and drain the mixed berries. Set aside 4 tablespoons of berries for garnish and then finely puree the rest with the honey and lemon juice.

Beat the heavy cream until stiff. Combine the yogurt and the berry puree, then fold in the whipped cream and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture into 4 serving bowls. Freeze for about 4 hours in the freezer. Serve garnished with the reserved berries.
