- ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (drained and cut into strips)
- 2 cups cooked Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 bunch young Radish (cleaned and sliced)
- 3 cups mixed salad (rinsed)
- ½ cup Feta (cubed)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
- ½ cup good quality olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps

In a large bowl, combine sun dried tomatoes, chicken, radishes, mixed salad greens and feta cheese; toss to mix. In a separate bowl, whisk garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and gently toss to mix. Serve.
