200 grams Feta
6 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp scallions
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Rinse and wipe the leaves, then dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse, trim, and chop the cucumber. Rinse and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and membranes, then julienne. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores, and cut into wedges.

For the dressing, puree the olive oil with the lemon juice and peel garlic. Mix in the herbs, then season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.

Spread the lettuce into bowls, and top with the vegetables. Crumble the feta cheese, then drizzle with the dressing and serve.
