2 small Romaine lettuce
½ red Batavia lettuce
1 small, red onion
4 Radish
100 grams yellow Cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsps olive oil
½ lemon (juiced)
2 Tbsps Herb vinegar
1 tsp honey
salt
various Edible flowers (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse two types of lettuce and spin dry. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse and trim radishes, cut into thin slices. Rinse and halve tomatoes.  

2.

Arrange lettuce leaves on four large plates. Top with onion rings, radishes and tomatoes.

3.

Whisk oil, lemon juice, vinegar and honey, season with salt. Drizzle dressing over salad and garnish with flowers. Serve. 

4.

If desired, serve with feta cheese and olives.
