- Bell pepper (2 red and yellow)
- 7 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 250 grams white bread
- ½ Iceberg lettuce
- ½ bunch Basil
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- sugar
- 2 cans Tuna (150 grams)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse and halve the pepper, cut into strips and saute in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 7 minutes.

Cut white bread into approximately 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil and bake until golden brown.

Rinse iceberg lettuce, spin dry and cut into strips. Add peppers and basil leaves. Mix vinegar and remaining oil, season with salt, pepper and sugar and toss with the salad. Drain tuna and dab excess liquid. Mix tuna and croutons with the salad. Season to taste and derve immediately.
