50 grams uncooked ham
1 red Bell pepper
2 Chicken breasts
200 grams Pork
2 Tbsps olive oil
200 grams Long grain rice
½ Mixed seafood (frutti di mare)
1 bay leaf
200 milliliters Chicken broth
1 sm can Saffron
peppers
1 splash white wine
3 Tomatoes
50 grams frozen Peas
12 mussels (cleaned)
4 King prawn
1 lemon

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and chop onion and garlic. Finely dice ham.

2.

Rinse and halve pepper, remove seeds and ribs and finely dice.

3.

Heat oil in large skillet. Cut chicken and pork into bite-size pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook in hot oil in a pan until browned all over.

4.

Add onion, garlic and ham. Cook briefly.

5.

Add rice, mixed seafood, bell pepper, bay leaf, saffron, chicken broth and white wine. Stir well to combine, season with pepper and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.

6.

Blanch tomatoes, then shock in ice water, peel and cut into pieces. Add to rice mixture along with the peas and cleaned mussels and cook for another 10 minutes.

7.

Top paella with shrimp, cover and cook for 5 minutes more. Garnish with lemon quarters and serve.
