- 40 grams sugar
- 20 grams Shelled pistachio
- 300 grams Strawberries
- 2 scoops Mozzarella (about 125 grams, or approximately 1/2 cup)
- 4 Tbsps Caramel syrup
Preparation steps
1.
Grind the sugar with the pistachios in a mortar. Rinse the strawberries and pat dry on paper towels. Then cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.

Alternating layers, fill four glasses with the strawberries and mozzarella. Drizzle with the syrup and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of pistachio sugar. (Use the rest if desired).
