- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 bunch scallions
- 350 grams small button Mushroom
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- ¼ l Chicken broth (from a jar)
- 3 Tbsps Chili sauce
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken, pat dry, divide into eight parts and season with salt and pepper. In a large roasting pan, heat oil and fry the chicken pieces on all sides. Remove chicken pieces and set aside.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut into large pieces. Trim mushrooms and cut in half. Pour vegetable broth into the roasting pan, cover and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Add pieces of chicken, prepared vegetables and rosemary and simmer for another 10 minutes. Rinse parsley, shake dry and finely chop. To serve, arrange mushroom and chicken stew in bowls, drizzle with chili sauce and garnish with parsley.
