4 slices white bread
300 grams Porcini mushroom
4 Tbsps olive oil

1 garlic clove
1 tsp lemon juice
3 sprigs thyme

Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler.

Cut the bread into smaller pieces, and toast under the broiler until golden brown on both sides.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, and sauté the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

4.

Peel and halve the garlic. Remove the bread from the oven and rub the bread with the cut surfaces of the garlic. Drizzle with the remaining oil, then top with the mushrooms. Drizzle with lemon juice, garnish with the chopped thyme, and serve.
