250 grams potatoes
1 garlic clove
3 onions
800 milliliters Beef broth
300 grams mixed Ground meat
30 grams butter
4 Tomatoes

1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika

Preparation steps

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel potatoes, garlic and onions and cut into small cubes. Cook potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes or until soft.  Add broth and puree. Heat butter in a pan, saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until crumbly, stirring.

Add mushrooms to the meat and saute briefly. Strain potato broth through a sieve and add to the meat mixture. Blanch tomatoes in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel. Quarter and remove seeds. Season soup with salt, pepper and paprika and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Add tomatoes to soup and pour into soup bowls. Serve.
