- 16 large button Mushroom
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 grams cooked ham
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 300 grams shrimp
- 300 grams Crème fraiche
- peppers
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse mushrooms and pat dry.

Carefully remove mushroom stems, chop and place in a bowl. Peel garlic, press with a garlic press and add to the bowl.

Chop ham. Finely chop herbs. Add ham and herbs to the bowl, mix well and reserve 3 tablespoons for garnish.
4.
Rinse shrimp well, set 16 shrimp aside for garnish and mix others with remaining ingredients.
5.
Mix sour cream and egg yolk together with above ingredients and season to taste with pepper.
6.
Fill mushroom caps with ham mixture place a reserved shrimp on each mushroom cap. Serve garnished with chives.
