1 kilogram Roast beef (with a thin layer of fat)
salt

1 tsp medium-hot Mustard
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F). 

2.

Rinse the beef, pat dry, trim, season with salt and pepper and then coat with mustard.

3.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sear the meat on all sides. Transfer to the oven and bake for 2 hours 30 minutes.

4.

Serve with a zucchini gratin or roasted potatoes, if desired.
